Yeah, no worries. We were unaware of their restricted allocation-based system as well until they mentioned it today --- it's not typical for most sites we support.

Probably the best way to go about setting up glidein support at a site in the future would be to open the ticket under the "Associated Resource" at the site you want to run at and then make sure you cc us on the ticket at osg-gfactory-support@..... That way the local site admins know about the request as well as us. Plus, fewer tickets.

FYI - Microboone has been removed from the GLIDEIN_Supported_VOs list at the request of the OSC admins. In the future, it would be helpful if you could please contact local site admins to obtain their approval before making a request for Factory Operations to enable glidein submission at their site.
