I tested the routing yesterday and it seemed to work fine. David confirmed.
according to GGUS dev Guenter Grein:
> GGUS just sends an email with the GGUS ticket ID in the subject line to OSG.
> OSG then pulls the ticket data using GGUS SOAP web services.
> As far as I can see the submit email was sent correctly on 2017-06-30

I don't know of any outage that we had. I'm quite confused by this. I'm looking into what might have happened, but as of right now, I'm not sure.
